Rooms and Rates

  All of our guest rooms feature private bath, in-room telephone, individual
air conditioning and free wireless Internet access. All of our rooms are
smoke free. Children seven years of age and older are welcome. Sorry
but we are unable to accommodate pets.

     All guests are offered a full breakfast each morning between 8:00 and
9:30 AM.

     Shown below are pictures of each of the rooms and the rates
associated with them. A six percent state sales tax and a three percent
hotel/motel room tax will apply to all rates.

Suite one is a two-bedroom and modern bath suite, featuring a queen bed in one room and a double bed in the
other. The rooms are connected and the bath is off the front room. There is a private balcony with seating off the
back room. It has a maximum occupancy of four persons.

Room two is a single bedroom and modern bath. It features a queen size handmade poster bed, antique
armoire and table, and non-working fireplace. Room two has a maximum occupancy of 2 persons.

Room three is a spacious guest room with handmade oak bed, French provincial furnishings, a
non-working fireplace and a modern bath. Room three has a maximum occupancy of two persons.

Suite four consists of two bedrooms and bath connected by an entrance area to the suite. Each bedroom
features a queen size bed, and one has a non-working fireplace. The bath boasts an old fashioned footed tub
with brass shower ring and fixtures.

     Cancellation policy – Cancellations of room reservations within five
calendar days prior to your visit will generate a minimum room charge of
$25 plus tax. Cancellations on the day of arrival or no-shows forfeit the full
amount of the cost of the room plus tax.

     Check-in: From 2:00 PM through 11:00 PM only.

     Check-out: By 11:00 AM.
